Smooth Operation

Smooth, repetitive motions are what is expected when testing these rides, in addition to their expected jumps and halts. Account for the structures that form the rides. A small amount of vibrations and sway on a wooden framework is acceptable, but a steel structure framework should not sway at all.

Inspect Signs of Poor Maintenance

 Grinding, screeching, or other signs require careful lubrication and are tell-tale signs of poor maintenance and need to be looked at. Ride operators and supervisors should pick on these signs and send regular feedback for maintenance checks. This is essential for rides for hire, especially those specifically designed for kids.
